Wow, what a race. Tony Stewart wins, Danny had him. What a finish for us. Al makes the leap from 5th to 2nd. Bruce moved up 1, Sherylyn and Wendy drop 1 spot and Colin fell 3 with his DNQ.
Mark Robbins and Kay both had DNFs to tie Sammi Jo.
There were 20 different winners this year. 8 multiple winners. Colin won 5 races. Bruce had 0 DNF's

IMPORTANT NEWS ..... Thanks to Lonnie, we were discussing DNQ's over a recent race....any, our rules state that if a driver doesn't race it goes to the car number, there are a couple of cars that have dual drivers such as #09 & #32... Bill Elliot and Landon Cassil and Ken Schrader and Mike Bliss have been sharing seat time. Thus... I went back over the past races and where they might have previously DNQ'ed they actually got points... There were some legit DNQ's and they stand. As a consequence of this recheck the standings got shuffled a bit. I have republished the races with the correct numbers. I'll post a extended Points list.

Great race. Way to go Trevor Bayne. I almost had a chance till Regan and Kurt got gapped and then spun...:(. Lot's of DNF's but... you still get points this year. I think that this will really tighten up the scoring throughout the season.

Since NASCAR has changed their scoring system. I am implementing a couple of changes as well.

    Points will be awarded just like NASCAR. From ?? to 1 depending on finish.
        There will be 3 point bonus for winning rather that 5
        NO MORE 0's for DNF's.
        There IS still a 0 for a DNQ though.

It appears we may a couple more players this year. Might get all the way to 35 or so. That could be interesting in bringing the the bottom of the barrel into the mix.
